CEO Roger Clay	The Who, What, When, "Wear", and Why of Rentwear, Inc. Who we are... Rentwear, Inc. is a full service textile rental company founded in 1972. We are an independent company, locally owned and operated in North Canton, Ohio. Led by CEO Roger Clay, Rentwear Inc. has grown from the original four member team and three customers in 1972, to a 75 member team with many valued customers, friends, and suppliers. Since 1972 we have served the North Eastern/Central, Ohio area. Our history reflects our beginnings and defines our future - to consistently provide a better quality uniform/textile rental service. So, we're working harder and smarter every day. Our reward is our customers' satisfaction, evidenced by our 98% customer retention rate.
	What? Rentwear? Our name originally said it all. We rented uniforms to wear on the job for safety, identification, convenience, and productivity. We did a great job, and, it was time to do more. We began to develop our textile rental product/services line beyond the "wear" of industrial, professional and food service uniforms to include floor care services (mops/walk off mats), a variety of toweling/shop cloths, and bathroom supplies (paper products, air fresheners, hand soaps). We are a full service textile rental company. We pick up, deliver, launder, mend and replace as necessary on a scheduled cycle that you can depend on. We are the Quality Service Team.
	When we deliver... We rent our products/services based on a weekly, every other week, or every four week delivery schedule. For example, uniform rental is normally a weekly service. Mats could be any of the above delivery frequencies. Your delivery schedule is based on your service needs. We also strive to deliver at a reasonably convenient time for our customers because we realize any delivery is an interruption of your business. We keep ours as efficient as possible, while being attentive to your questions/service changes.
